As a food rich in Vitamin C, Amla supports the adrenal glands, is used for cellular energy, and supports the health of skin and blood vessels.
Chinese and Ayurvedic healers believe that every person has a subtle energy channels running through and them. If the energy cannot flow through the body freely, the mind, body, and spirit quickly become disharmonious. Amla is believed to have stabilizing and balancing effect on the subtle energy field and on the emotions in the body. People who have taken amla berry supplements on a regular basis claim that their body is easier to control in a crisis or high-stress situation and their emotions are not so over-reactive.
Consuming amla is believed to help slow the aging process and help the skin stay supple and more free of wrinkles. Amla contains chromium which makes the body more responsive to insulin.

The natural form of Vitamin A in Daily Resilience® is derived from Sea Algae of Dunaliella salina species. This green algae survives in hypersaline environments because of its ability to create a large amount of carotenoids (protective Vitamin A antioxidants). Studies have shown that this species does not produce toxins and has no adverse effects when consumed by humans or animals. A Daily Resilience® serving includes 6,000 IU.
This algae also provides mixed tocopherols in the Vitamin E family, another powerful type of antioxidant.
Spirulina is a nutrient powerhouse, offering complete protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fatty acids (especially GLA), and antioxidants (phycocyanin).
Its benefits include supporting immunity, heart health, and detoxification.

It aids in digestive health by relieving nausea, indigestion, and bloating. Ginger may also help reduce muscle pain, joint stiffness, and menstrual discomfort. Additionally, it has potential benefits for improving heart health by lowering cholesterol and blood sugar levels.
Long pepper (Piper longum) is beneficial to eat because it contains piperine, an active compound that enhances the absorption of nutrients like curcumin from turmeric. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helping to reduce inflammation and combat oxidative stress. Long pepper is traditionally used to support digestive health, improve appetite, and relieve conditions like indigestion and gas. It also has potential antimicrobial and immune-boosting effects, and may help regulate blood sugar and support respiratory health by alleviating coughs and congestion.
